Customer Charter
Anglian Water Services trading as Geodesys undertakes to:
- Provide registered digdat users with access to the locations of the underground assets they are authorised to view. This may include one or more of the following:
- Anglian Water's underground assets
- Hartlepool Water's underground assets
- Thames Water’s underground assets
- Virgin Media's trench locations
- Provide this information via digdat 24 hours per day, seven days a week
- Provide system availability in excess of 99% of the time with the exception of planned downtime for maintenance
- Provide a response to all helpdesk calls within 24 hours during normal working hours (the helpdesk is available Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, excluding bank holidays).
