The service is easy and secure to use. No specialist skills are required beyond those required to access the internet and to run simple PC applications. Online help facilities are available to assist new users should any problems occur. Our Customer Services team provides advice to digdat users and support in the event of a failure of the service.
An extensive range of security and monitoring facilities is provided to prevent viruses entering the web server and associated data store. Use of the service does not therefore impose any additional security requirements on your system.
